- Property Management System (PMS) Fundamentals: Reservation lookup, room status coding (Clean, Dirty, Out of Order, Inspected), rate codes, and guest profile management.
- The Arrival & Check-In Sequence:
- Warm greeting standards and identity verification (passport/national ID scanning).
- Method of payment authorization (pre-authorizing credit cards / security deposits).
- Room assignment logic based on guest preferences, room features, and loyalty tier status.
- Key card programming, hotel feature orientation, and directing guests to elevators/rooms.

Section 3: Concierge Porterage & Luggage Handling
- Porter & Bellhop Etiquette: Welcoming guests at the main entrance, assisting with vehicle doors, and offering immediate luggage transport.
- Luggage Identification & Tagging:
- Issuing luggage claim tags for arrival storage, departure hold, or long-term holding.
- Log-book documentation (tag number, room number, guest name, piece count, date/time).
- In-Room Delivery Mechanics:
- Knocking/announcing presence before room entry.
